for RTO systems.
We design, manufacture and install RTO “SYSTEMS”
on a turnkey basis. Our construction crews, unlike “low
bid” general contractors, have 20 years experience installing
turnkey RTO systems. While each RTO system is site-specific,
chances are, we have installed a system in an application
just like yours.
We take complete responsibility for the
accuracy of mechanical and electrical installation, process
ductwork design and installation, concrete pad, ductwork insulation
and start up. Your only responsibility is to bring power and
gas to the RTO pad site. We carry $2 mm cradle to grave product
liability insurance.
In the United States, Cycle-Therm, also
supplies complete RTO interface process ductwork systems.
These systems are engineered to handle individual process
exhaust points from ovens, spray booths, print lines, sludge
processing facilities and chemical vents with their final
combined exhaust point being the RTO. Theses systems include
all design sizing and routing, the supply of heavy gage industrial
ductwork, field installation, transfer dampers, balancing
dampers, roof supports, expansion joints and control motors.
Cycle-Therm also designs and supplies turnkey
heat exchange systems to further enhance operating economics.
These systems include integral low-medium waste heat steam/hot
water boilers, hot oil systems using combustion chamber hot
products of combustion, air to air RTO exhaust heat exchangers
and simple exhaust coils for hot water recovery.
In Europe, Cycle-Therm Europe supplies complete
RTO turnkey systems similar in scope to the above, except
using country specific partner licensees.
